Stress is such a common feeling for many people these days it’s almost accepted. We don’t even realise what kind of pressure we are under until it starts to show up in ways that are damaging to our health and well being. Anxiety and panic attacks, insomnia, IBS, relationship issues – all of these may be symptoms of stress.
My approach to stress management is a holistic one – as an Acupuncturist and Counsellor, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am able to address these issues from both a cognitive (mental) and a physical level, using techniques to both relax and visualise.
